I started fishing out of my own boats around the age of 18. Starting in a 12' Valco, chasing silvers out of Kingston, WA. Over the years, the boats kept getting bigger and subsequently opening up more fishries for me to explore. My passion has shifted over the last several years from catching fish to helping others catch there once in a lifetime fish. The tug is the ultimate drug.

I've been working on the water and in the fishing industry most of my life. I grew up mainly fishing out of Southern California and down into Mexican waters starting at the age of 10, chasing yellowtail, bluefin, and yellowfin tuna. I've worked as a deckhand on a commercial fishing vessel and on long range boats out of San Diego. I got my captain's license when I turned 18 and have been upgrading it ever since. I work in the tug and towing side of the marine industry full time and charter fishing as deckhand/ relief captain in my off time on the Fin-natic. The fishing addiction is real and to share the experience with others who love the water and adventure keeps this guy happy.
